Auf die Gäste wartet eine Unterkunft, welche nachhaltig mit lokalen Materialien gestaltet ist und sich optimal in die Umgebung einfügt.
Das Remal El Rayan Glamp bietet das Erlebnis, mitten in der Natur zu übernachten und gleichzeitig Komfort und Luxus zu geniessen. Schlafen kann man in sehr geräumigen Suiten. Es gibt davon zwei verschiedene Typen: Geokuppeln und Safari-Suiten. Alle Unterkunftstypen sind vollständig ausgestattet und verfügen über ein grosses Badezimmer.
Die Safari-Suiten verfügen ausserdem über eine Aussendusche, einen Whirlpool im Freien (im Winter geheizt) und eine Terrasse. Die Geokuppeln sind kleinere Einheiten mit einer Kapazität von maximal drei Erwachsenen. Für das kulinarische Wohl sorgt das Restaurant «Lummayya». Lake Qarun is an internationally designated “Important Bird Area,” where thousands of migratory birds rest during their winter migration pattern south. Flamingos, grey herons, spoonbills and many duck species, to name a few, flocked to the lake during the fall.
Flamingos,with extremely long neck and legs and curiously shaped bill. Adult has pale pink plumage with black flight feathers, and pink bill with black tip. Forages by sweeping bill from side to side through water with head upside down , often submerged. Breeds in isolated colonies on salt lakes in Turkey, but departs in autumn to spend the winter mainly in coastal areas, especially around the Salt lakes of northern Egypt ( Lake Qaroun, Wadi Rayan Lakes ).
